Timothy FarberTimothy Farber: (President)
Mr. Farber has been working at Farber Corporation since 1990. He graduated with a bachelors Degree in Industrial and systems Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1990. Tim currently serves as a Trustee on The Joint Apprenticeship Committee, A Member of the Ohio Mechanical Contracting Industry Board, and a member of The Labor- Management Committee with The Plumbers and Pipefitters of Local #189. He served as MCACO president in 2002 and 2003. Tim and his wife Lisa are very active in the lives of their two children.

Joseph FoxAndrew Fox: (Director)
Mr. Fox began his career at Fox Mechanical in 1995. He is a 1998 graduate of Columbus State with a degree in construction management, and a 2011 graduate of the M.C.A.A. Advanced Leadership Institute. Mr. Fox also serves as a trustee for the Local Joint Apprentice Training Committee. Mr. Fox resides in Fairfield county with his wife Brittany and their son.

Michael A. ShumanMichael A. Shuman: (Director)
Mr. Shuman started with Speer Mechanical in 1973 as a project Manager. He fulfilled those duties until 1982 when he became the Labor Manager for the firm. In 1989 he was named Vice President of Construction Operations. Mr. Shuman attended Capital University from 1971-1973.He has graduated from the MCAA “Project Manager School” University of Texas at Austin; the Mechanical Contractors Association Institute for Project Management and numerous local and national industry seminars. He has served on the MCACO joint Labor Management Committee since 1986. An avid advocate for training, he served on the Joint Apprenticeship Committee for over 20 years and was president of the MCACO in 2009 and 2009. Mr. Shuman also holds a State of Ohio Master Plumbers License.

J.K. WilliamsJ.K. Williams: (Director)
Mr. Williams began his career after graduating from Xavier University in 1976. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Industrial Relations. J.K. Williams began working for the Kirk-Williams Piping & Plumbing Company full time right after graduation. Over the years J.K. has been and active member in the Sheet Metal Contractors of Central Ohio, and is still currently on the Mechanical Contractors Association of Central Ohio, Board of Directors. J.K. serves on the Local Labor Management Committee.

Carlie SteitzCharlie Steitz: (Director)
Mr. Steitz joined the industry and Sauer in 1982 upon graduation from Lehigh University. He began in the industry as an estimator working out of the Pittsburgh office for Sauer. He worked for Century Contractors in Charlotte, North Carolina from 1983 to 1986, which was a subsidiary of Sauer. In 1987 he joined the Sauer industrial group as the Director of Business Development, overseeing proposals and estimates. He began commuting to Columbus in 1995 and relocated here permanently in 1996. Mr. Steitz served as president of the MCACO in 2004 and 2005.

Jay SharpJay Sharp: (Director)
Upon graduation from college, Jay began his career in the construction industry when he joined the Limbach Company in 1990 as a Service Sales Representative. In 1993, Jay was promoted to the Sales Manager for Limbach’s Service Division. In 1996, he assisted in launching a new Energy Services Business Unit within Limbach and in 1998 was promoted to the Ohio Branch Sales Manager. Since 2006, Jay has been the Branch Manager for Ohio and currently serves as the Senior Vice President/Branch Manager for the Ohio Region at the Limbach Company. He has served on the MCACO Board of Directors since 2011 and is also a Trustee of the Sheet Metal Workers’ Retirement Savings Plan and a former School Board Member for Worthington Christian School. Jay lives in Southern Delaware County and is very active in his church and in the lives of his wife and 3 children.

Mark KlinglerMark Klingler: (Senior Project Manager)
Mr. Klingler started working in the Industry in 1985 as a project engineer. He works for the Bruner Corporation as a Project Executive. Mark has served on the MCACO Board of Directors since 2011 and also serves as a trustee for the local Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Dayton, a Masters in Business Administration degree from Capital University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. Mark resides in Jefferson township with his wife Michelle and their four sons.

William (Bill) McNallyWilliam (Bill) McNally: (Executive Director)
Bill came to Columbus in January 1991 after having been the Executive Director of the Akron MCA for 16 years. He has a dual degree in Business and International finance from Miami University and Cleveland State University. Bill served in the U.S. Army from 1971-1975, assigned to the 8th Infantry Division G-5 section and on loan to the European edition of the “Stars and Stripes” newspaper. He is currently serving on the Local JATC, serves on the State of Ohio Apprentice Council, also serves on the board of directors for the Columbus Area Labor Management Committee (CALMC) and is Chairman of the Ohio MCA Association Executives Council.
