Michael A. Shuman:

Mr. Shuman started with Speer Mechanical in 1973 as a project Manager. He fulfilled those duties until 1982 when he became the
Labor Manager for the firm. In 1989 he was named Vice President of Construction Operations. Mr. Shuman attended Capital University from
1971-1973.He has graduated from the MCAA "Project Manager School"
University of Texas at Austin; the Mechanical Contractors Association Institute
for Project Management and numerous local and national industry seminars. He
has served on the MCACO joint Labor Management Committee since 1986. An avid advocate for training, he
served on the Joint Apprenticeship Committee for over 20 years and was president of the MCACO in 2009 and
2009. Mr. Shuman also holds a State of Ohio Master Plumbers License.

Joseph Fox:

(Vice-President) Mr.
Fox began his career in the construction industry in 1969 as a certified welder,
trained at the Hobart Welding School in Troy, Ohio. He was accepted into the
Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprentice Training Program in 1972 and was employed by
several local contractors as an apprentice, foreman and pipefitter-welder. Joe
also served as an instructor with the State of Ohio Department of Education and
Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #189, teaching apprentice and journeymen
pipefitters. In 1983, Mr. Fox founded Fox Mechanical Co. Inc. and currently
serves as its President. His prior experience has allowed him to work
effectively on labor-management issues and contract negotiations. He has served
on numerous committees and in several offices including MCACO Board of
Directors, MCACO Labor Management Committee, and Chairman MCACO Light Commercial
Labor Management Committee. He was MCACO President during 1996 and 1997. He
served as Management Trustee for the Health & Welfare and Pension
Trusts of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #189. Joe is an avid Great
Lakes boater and the father of a son and two daughters. He resides in Lancaster,
Ohio with his wife Rebecca.

Richard Schneider:

(Director) Mr.
Schneider began his career with Limbach Company, LLC 25 years ago. He has progressed with
Limbach from Project Administration Trainee to Project Engineer to Project
Manager and into his current position as Operations Manager. Since 1973, Mr.
Schneider has witnessed the industry consistently grow and change. As Operations
Manager, he oversees all aspects of new and retrofit mechanical construction
projects. Mr. Schneider’s extensive and diverse project experience has
repeatedly proven to be an invaluable asset to our construction projects. Rich served as
MCACO president for 2006 and 2007.

J.K. Williams: www.kirkwilliamsco.com
(Director) Mr. Williams began his career after graduating from Xavier University
in 1976. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration degree in Industrial Relations. J.K. Williams began working
for the Kirk-Williams Piping & Plumbing Company full time right after
graduation. Over the years J.K. has been and active member in the Sheet Metal
Contractors of Central Ohio, and is still currently on the Mechanical Contractors
Association of Central Ohio, Board of Directors. J.K. serves on the Local Labor Management Committee.

Charlie Steitz: www.sauer-inc.com
(Director) Mr. Steitz joined the industry and Sauer in 1982 upon graduation from Lehigh
University. He began in the industry as an estimator working out of the
Pittsburgh office for Sauer. He worked for Century Contractors in Charlotte,
North Carolina from 1983 to 1986, which was a subsidiary of Sauer. In 1987 he
joined the Sauer industrial group as the Director of Business Development,
overseeing proposals and estimates. He began commuting to Columbus in 1995 and
relocated here permanently in 1996. Mr. Steitz served as president of the MCACO
in 2004 and 2005.

Mark S. Wenger:

Mr.
Wenger entered the mechanical contracting industry after graduating from
Wittenberg University in 1977. After initially working for a national firm
as a Project Engineer, Mark joined the Bruner Corporation as Service Manager in
1985. While his responsibilities were originally focused upon developing
Bruner Corporation's service business, he now directs business development and
operations for all areas of the company as President. Mark is a life-long
resident of Columbus and served as president of the MCACO in 2000 and 2001.

Timothy Farber: tim@farbercorp.com
(Director) Mr. Farber has been working at Farber Corporation since 1990. He
graduated with a bachelors Degree in Industrial and systems Engineering from The
Ohio State University in 1990. Tim currently serves as a Trustee on The Joint
Apprenticeship Committee, A Member of the Ohio Mechanical Contracting Industry
Board, and a member of The Labor- Management Committee with The Plumbers and
Pipefitters of Local #189. He served as MCACO president in 2002 and 2003. Tim and his wife Lisa are very active in the lives of
their two children.

William (Bill) McNally: billmcnally@mcaco.org (Executive Director) Bill
came to Columbus in January 1991 after having been the Executive Director of the
Akron MCA for 16 years. He has a dual degree in Business and International
finance from Miami University and Cleveland State University. Bill served in the
U.S. Army from 1971-1975, assigned to the 8th Infantry Division G-5 section and
on loan to the European edition of the "Stars and Stripes" newspaper.
He is currently serving on the Local JATC, serves on the State of Ohio Apprentice Council, also serves on the
board of directors for the Columbus Area Labor Management Committee (CALMC)
and is Chairman of the Ohio MCA Association Executives Council.
